He prepared a series of detailed drawings so we could choose our preferred design. He had never attempted the design we chose so he insisted on making it in silver first so he could practice and ensure a precise fit. I recently visited Seth (and his mum) with a bespoke request for him to design a gold emerald ring. From start to finish Seth went above and beyond from ordering several stones for me to choose from, once the stone was selected Seth went to work on the design and I had several meetings with him prior to the final ring being produced.
I can honestly say that this was the best service I have ever received from a jeweller and I am extremely happy with the end result.
